Muktinath – as described as a god of salvation ( Mokshya) is very popular temple situated in the Mustand district of Nepal in the base of Annapurnna Himalayas. Mukti or salvation from the toutured and sinful life is the aim of all Hindus around the globe. Thus the god of Salvation, Muktinath is here for all to worship once in their lifetime and take bath in the holy 108 water taps and swim in the pond infront of the temple.

Harmonically, Muktinath now housed the nunnery of the Buddhist religion as well and local buddhists hohour the place equally. As Hidus depict the place as Muktichhetra, Buddhist believe the great Guru Rimpoche once meditated in the cave here and took bath in this 108 water spouts on the way to Tibet in 12th Century.

The holy shrine which is believed risen itself and one among the 108 Baishnava Shrines. There is the strong belief the one should visit Muktinath in their life after they visit Chardham of India to complete the pilgrimage visiits.

This trek does not take you traditionally to Muktinath but with the added value of YOGA by the professional teacher. Yoga in the morning or evening depends on the timing for some hours with the Trek in the lap of Himalayas will truly rejuvenate you.

Itinerary in Detail:

DAY 01: ARRIVE KATHMANDU

Arrive Kathmandu, meet our representative and then trtansfer to the Hotel.

DAY 02: KATHMANDU – POKHARA

Early in the Morning drive to Pokhara . The road is beautiful in the midhill along the river Trishuli which is one of the most popular river in Nepal for the Rafting. Arrive Pokhara in the afternoon. Check in the Hotel and tour of Lakeside or Boating in Fewa Lake in the evening.

Yoga practice in the lakeside in the evening or in your hotel garden for 1 hour.

DAY 03: POKHARA – ( FLIGHT ) – JOMSOM – ( TREK ) KAGBENI

Take the breathtaking flight to Jomsom 2800m after the breakfast in the Hotel, passing all the Annapurna Ranges from Pokhara. You will land behind the Dhaulagiri Mountain in the lap of Nilgiri. Start trekking towards the beautiful town Kagbeni following the Kaligandaki River which will be challenging and amazing walking with the wind. Visit the 500 years old Buddhist monastery in the town . Overnight stay in the Lodge in Kagbeni.

Practice Yoga in the evening in the yard of the Hotel or in the beautiful Kaligandaki river bank.

DAY 04: TREK MUKTINATH

In the morning practice Yoga .

After Breakfast Trek toward the Muktinath temple. You will climb this day and Lunch in Jharkot. Visit Muktinath Temple in the evening and overnight stay in the Muktinath. This is the place situated in the lap of the Great Thorong La which is the major and challenging attraction of the Annpurna Region Trekking. You can enjoy the Pony ride in this day.

DAY 05: MUKTINATH – JOMSOM

YOGA in the lap of Annpaurna with some PUJA of the famous Muktinath Temple ( the one who can salvate you from all sin ).

Trek back to Jomsom leaving the Tibetan Platue and great memory of Muktinath temple behind.

DAY 06: JOMSOM – ( FLIGHT ) – POKHARA

Early morning take the beautiful flight to Pokhara. Tour of Pokhara in the afternoon.

Yoga in the lakeside or in your hotel’s garden.

DAY 07: POKHARA – KATHMANDU

Drive or Fly to Kathmandu. In the late afternoon enjoy the city tour of Kathmandu. Yoga in the evening or morning.

DAY 08: DEPARTURE

Departure transfer to your home after early morning YOGA session for the last moment. Till then you will be able to know various aspects of Yoga and the poses to continue in your home back.
