With men, the old fashioned cowboy slash Marlboro man is out. Women still like rough and rugged, but they also like and actually prefer the more modern and fashionable man. Another trend is the messed and scrunched look. This is a marriage between the skateboarder haircuts of the last few years and a technique that women have been using for the past few years that is incredibly sexy – the scrunch. What is the scrunch? It is when you take a salt spray or similar and just lightly dampen your hair with salty water. Then you mess it, run your fingers through it and “scrunch it,” which involves just bunching it up tightly in your hands in a kind of quick curling method.
