DAY 01 : ARRIVAL KATHMNADU N TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL

Arrival in Kathmnadu. Meet with Nepaliyogatrek.com representative and then transfer to the Hotel. You can choose the guest house of the Health Home where you will get the therapies or stay in the Hotel of your choice in the city and drive everyday to the Health Home for the therapies.

( The therapies are available in Pokhara as well. So you can fly or Drive to Pokhara same day by paying some surcharge)

DAY 02 -04 : THE THERAPIES I N THE HEALTH HOME

The 3 Days in the Health home for the ayurveda treatment and therapies. Enjoy the living and herbal vegetarian food.

DAY 05: TOUR OF KATHMANDU OR POKHARA

Explore the Cultural Kathmandu for Half Day. Shopping and hang around.

DAY 06: DEPARTURE

Departure transfer to the Airport for your flight back to your home with memory and experience of the most traditional heali ng in the Himalaya.
